Thank you for choosing us

Welcome to your home for the next few days.

We have conditioned this home with all our care to make your stay as pleasant as possible by equipping it with everything you may need.

About our beach:

The name of this beach “Salinetas” comes from some old salt mines located here.

It is a beach that, unlike the previous ones, its sand is not so dark, it is ideal for swimming since it does not usually have waves and for snorkeling, since it has a beautiful natural barrier of rocks rich in marine life, where be able to see multiple species. Also, when the tide goes out, a pleasant pond is formed, very loved by the little ones since they can bathe there in complete safety. For this reason, this beach is a destination for many families, with or without children, who choose it to spend their most fun beach time.

Salinetas offers us a restaurant on its avenue, a supermarket near the beach, bathrooms adapted to PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility), bus stop, information panels on the species that can be seen in its waters, lifeguard service, defibrillator, etc

What our home can offer you

Once you have decided to visit us, you can rest and spend some unforgettable moments.

Our proposal is the following:

Holiday home completely restored in November/2023, brand new.

It consists of a master bedroom, interior patio, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large living room.

The views of Salinetas Beach and its surroundings from the living room are excellent.

From the main entrance you have direct access to the beach, which has all the necessary services, especially for People with Reduced Mobility (PMR). Blue Flag Beach.

The blue flag

A superior distinction is awarded to the beach where it is located for combining a series of qualities such as: excellence, safety and quality.

There should be panels along the beach that inform citizens of the ecosystems they can find in the area as well as valuable information about the beach. A code of conduct must appear on these signs that dictates what can be done on the beach to avoid situations that harm the beach itself or other citizens.

Obviously the quality of the water is a very important point when it comes to granting a quality certificate such as the blue flag. Therefore, the water on the beach must be in excellent condition during the bathing season.

An excellent beach must have a minimum of services that help keep it clean. Public toilets, at least one, for people with disabilities and organized waste collection are key to having a blue flag on the beach.

Last requirement, but no less important, security. On a beach with a blue flag there must be a team of lifeguards that can assist citizens in the event of any incident. In addition, it must have easy and safe access for people with reduced mobility.
